The world's leading drilling contractor is currently seeking an Assistant Driller for their Gulf of Mexico operations. This firm is rapidly growing and is looking for someone who is ready to excel their career forward.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Driller in the performance of their duties
• Ensure the safe and efficient control of all operations on the drilling floor
• Ensure the safety of the drill crew and all support personnel
• Proper care and maintenance of the equipment used on the drill floor and structure
• Perform rig up and down, and proper nipple up and down procedures
• Assist Driller in supervision and coordination of the activities of the drill crew
• Provide relief for the Driller, derrickhand, and floorhands as necessary
